Direct Billing and Receipts
I can direct bill for the listed insurance plans (if applicable), and after our session, and I can provide you with a detailed receipt for your records. The receipt information includes: date of session, type of services provided, my credentials as a registered clinical social worker (RCSW), and amount paid. This receipt can be submitted to your insurance provider or reimbursement, or for tax purposes.

​Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee will be charged (50% of the fee), as that time has been set aside especially for you. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I’m always open to discussing special circumstances to ensure things remain fair and understanding for everyone.
